Restrooms including toilets, shower, countertops, mirrors, tidy up rooms, change sheets if clean set available, and fans. This is a more in depth clean, as it will bring homes to a regular cleaning schedule. *More services upon request.
regular clean
It is a scheduled weekly or biweekly service provided as a follow-up to a first clean to maintain frequent customer rates. Service includes throughly cleaning every space of your home including dusting furniture, fans and blinds, sweeping, moping, vacuuming, take trash, windows and window sills inside. Kitchen counter tops, and counter fronts, stove top and front, microwave inside/outside, top and front of fridge. Restrooms including toilets, shower, countertops, mirrors, tidy up rooms, change sheets if clean set available. *More services upon request.
DEEP CLEAN
Deep clean is a service provided once every 3 or 6 months, depending on the property. Service is an extremely in depth cleaning of every space of your home including dusting furniture, fans and blinds, sweeping, moping, vacuuming, take trash out and windows inside. Kitchen counter tops, and counter fronts, stove top and front, microwave inside/outside, top and front of fridge. Restrooms including toilets, shower, countertops, mirrors, tidy up rooms, change sheets if clean set available. Additionally we clean under and around furniture that can we can slide, detailed cleaning of baseboards, dusting furniture with polish.

Office Cleaning
Detailed cleaning of every space of your office including dusting furniture, fans, and blinds, sweeping, moping, vacuuming, take trash out, windows and window sills inside. Break room and kitchenet area with counter tops, and counter fronts, microwave inside/outside, top and front of fridge, remove food from fridge once a week. Restrooms including toilets, countertops, mirrors; Conference rooms and cubicles without touching documents or computers on top of desks, only clean what can be reached. *More services upon request.
Clean Short Term Rentals
Our company has vast experience with cleaning Airbnb houses and apartments, the cleaning is similar to the move in/move out but it will also change sheets, and replenish items as instructed such as shampoo, toilet paper, etc. Service can be customized to the needs of the rental.
Move In/Move Out
Same as First Time Clean, it includes cleaning inside of fridge, inside of closets and bathroom cabinets.
Personalized Services
Each customer is special and we cater to each one of them, the services above are guidelines but on our first consultation we discuss special needs and accommodate our services accordingly. We clean homes with pets, children, people with disabilities, homes with severe allergies and homes that value green options for their cleaning services. Please make sure to express all your concerns on your first consultation to create your profile accordingly.
Other services include organizing closets and garages, puting up seasonal decorations such as Christmas, Halloween, Easter, etc.
